Duration- 12 Weeks
This 12 weeks programme offers a comprehensive and personalized approach to inch loss/weight management. It has as its foundation the integrative outcome of the 5 pillars of a healthy lifestyle- Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Gut Health and Emotional Stability.
The sessions go beyond the routine protocols of measuring food, counting calories or macros, instead they focus on empowering you with the knowledge based on honoring traditional and scientific food wisdom from Ayurveda. This sustainable approach ensures that you not only lose fat but also reset your metabolism, improve immunity, and restore your physical and mental health.
Together we will:
1) Review your Current Lifestyle from the perspective of 5 Lifestyle Pillars
2) Review your Blood Reports
3) Plan a Customized Diet Plan, based on your Food Preference and Clinical Condition/s (if any)
4) Design a Weekly Workout
5)Define Metabolic Health Parameters to track Progress
There will be weekly follow up sessions (30 mins) for the duration of the programme




Step 1: Once you register, you will be redirected to a questionnaire. Kindly fill that questionnaire to get started
(Please do not close the page immediately after booking).If you miss the redirected page, you will also be sent an email with the necessary links. Based on your chosen slot you will receive a link for a 45-minute video consultation with me.
Step 2: You will get your customized meal plan in 2-3 working days. Your plan includes meals guidelines, suggested workouts, best practices & supplement recommendations.
Step 3: We will connect once every week for a 30 minute review call. I am also available to you on WhatsApp and email, should you have any concerns or queries.
Note: I have a no refund policy. Your plan starts once you receive your initial meal plan and continues for 12 weeks. You can pause your plan for a week in case of some interruption to your schedule, beyond which no sessions will be compensated

Dr. Madhavi is very friendly and keeps u on basic diet. It's never the fancy type diet. She listens to my issues very patiently and eating habits, planned my diet accordingly. Her diet chart indeed helps me alot to shed my inches.
